Clarity and comfort in life’s most important decisions

Family Meeting facilitates clear, compassionate conversations around medical decision-making, allowing families — biological and chosen alike — to focus on connection, dignity, and what truly matters.

Our Services

A private, one-on-one conversation

A personalized session designed to clarify your values, priorities, and wishes for future medical care. This conversation translates what matters most to you into clear, medically actionable language—laying a grounded foundation for confident decision-making.

This is the first step for clients who want peace of mind without urgency or pressure.

The Clarity Conversation

A mediated partnership in decision-making

A mediated conversation between you and your chosen medical power of attorney, designed to ensure alignment, preparedness, and shared understanding. This engagement offers dedicated support through guidance, mediation, and clear framing of medical decisions—so your wishes are carried forward with confidence and care when complex situations arise.

A prerequisite session with the primary client is required to ensure the meeting is grounded, focused, and respectful of all parties involved.

Point of Contact Co-Pilot

Facilitated alignment across generations

A carefully guided conversation bringing together the patient, family members, and medical power of attorney to align on values, goals of care, and end-of-life preferences. These meetings are designed to reduce conflict, clarify roles, and center the patient’s voice during pivotal moments.

Prerequisite sessions with the primary client and chosen medical power of attorney are required to ensure the meeting is grounded, focused, and respectful of all parties involved.

The Family Meeting

Work at your own pace

We know life can get busy — or you may want to keep these conversations private. Our guided workbooks let you explore important decisions at your own pace
