Born from firsthand experience in critical care nursing, our mission is to transform the way families, patients, and providers approach discussions about serious illness, medical decision-making, and end-of-life care.

Too often, these conversations happen in crisis—under fluorescent hospital lights, when emotions are raw and time is short. Family Meeting exists to change that. Through guided workbooks, facilitated sessions, and educational resources, we create space for dignity, clarity, and choice.
